Everything happens on WhatsApp. The car is handed over once payment is complete and the rental agreement is signed.

Pay the RM50 booking deposit
The deposit secures your booking. First-time renters send a photo of their driving licence and IC or passport for verification.
Pay the balance before pickup
You receive an invoice for the balance: rental, protection (security deposit or CDW) and delivery charge.
Get your keys
We deliver to your location (10am to 6pm), or you collect from our office (9am to 9pm).
Rental terms
A valid licence in your own name
Renters must be 18 or older with a valid Class D driving licence. Licences belonging to someone else are not accepted, and only the registered renter may drive.
Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours)
After the first day: 1 to 7 hours are charged hourly, 8 to 12 hours at the half-day rate, and more than 12 hours as a full day. Late returns are charged the same way.
500 km for a 1-day rental
No limit for rentals of 2 days or more. Going over the limit adds a 1-day charge.
Delivery and pickup at your location
10am to 6pm, with area-based charges. Delivery after 6pm adds RM30; no delivery before 10am. Subject to runner availability.
Security deposit
Cash or bank transfer. Refunded within 3 to 7 working days after the car is returned in good condition, clean and on time.
CDW (damage waiver)
Non-refundable. Covers new scratches and dents, flat tyres (including nails), accidental glass damage and minor accidents not caused by gross negligence. Does not cover gross negligence or reckless driving, criminal or customs cases, interior damage or fines.
Payment and policies
Payment methods
Bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Send us your receipt on WhatsApp and we confirm your payment.
Full payment (rental, security deposit or CDW, delivery and other charges) is due before you receive the keys.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time and your RM50 booking deposit is refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup forfeit the booking deposit.
Security deposit refund
The security deposit is refunded within 3 to 7 working days when the car is returned in good condition, clean and on time.
Extra charges, such as late return, fuel, cleaning, damage or fines, are deducted from the security deposit and the balance is refunded.
Outside office hours and festive seasons
Collecting or returning the car at our office outside 9am to 9pm costs RM30, subject to staff availability.
During festive seasons, public holidays and school holidays, delivery and pickup may not be available and delivery charges may change.
Fuel, smoking and cleanliness
Return the car with the same fuel level. Missing fuel is charged at RM10 per bar.
No smoking (minimum penalty RM50) and no alcohol (minimum penalty RM100) in the car. A dirty or smelly car is charged a minimum of RM50 for cleaning.
Privacy
Your name, phone number, driving licence and IC or passport are used only for your booking, renter verification and the rental agreement. We do not share them with anyone unless required by law.

- A 1-day rental includes up to 500 km. Rentals of 2 days or more have no limit.
